All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays are processed the next working day.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly with our courier partner. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear.
Delivery Delays
While we do everything to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance, courier disruptions, or peak seasons. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@royalpets.store and we will investigate immediately.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of order. RoyalPets is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.
