We want you to love every RoyalPets product. If something is not right — we fix it. 💛What Can Be Returned
- Items in original, unused condition with original packaging
- Defective or damaged items (photo required)
- Wrong item received
- Items returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items that have been used or washed
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items purchased during final-sale promotions
How to Request a Return
- Email us at hello@royalpets.store with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
- Ship the item back using a tracked courier service
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we confirm receipt of the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at hello@royalpets.store within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will send a replacement or process a full refund — your choice.
Exchanges
Want a different size, color, or variant? We are happy to help. Contact us and we will guide you through the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Return Shipping Costs
For defective or incorrect items, RoyalPets covers the return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
