How long does delivery take?
UAE orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days. KSA orders take 3–6 business days. International orders may take 7–14 business days. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All UAE orders over AED 100 qualify for free standard shipping. The discount is applied automatically at checkout — no code needed.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Yes, but only within 2 hours of placing your order. Contact us immediately at hello@royalpets.store with your order number and new address.
Will I get a tracking number?
Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to activate.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us at hello@royalpets.store and we will make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We are so sorry! Email us at hello@royalpets.store within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

Is the AquaGo™ BPA-free?
Yes! The AquaGo™ is made from 100% BPA-free, food-grade materials — completely safe for your dog to drink from every day.
Does SmartFeed Pro™ work with both cats and dogs?
Yes! The SmartFeed Pro™ is designed to work with both cats and dogs. It is compatible with standard dry kibble and most semi-moist foods. The app works on both iOS and Android.
What sizes does the CleanPaw™ come in?
The CleanPaw™ comes in Small (S) and Large (L). Small is ideal for dogs under 15kg, and Large is suitable for dogs 15kg and above. If you are unsure, we recommend going with the Large for a better fit.
Are your products suitable for the UAE heat?
Absolutely — that is exactly why we built them! All RoyalPets products are tested and designed for hot climates. The AquaGo™ in particular was inspired by UAE summer walks where hydration is critical.
